There is no new management, just a new board.
Current board got rid of the “management” part of the board some 18 months ago. Current board realized they got rid of the wrong half of the board then got rid of Carling and Tilly, some 6 months ago.
Unlike Carling and Tilly, current board obviously has the capacity to inject capital, but they have no one to direct and manage the work on the ground.
