More likely the BoD who appear not to want any upward force being applied to the SP.
It was pretty easy to see the SP was going to fall.
Should have announced a share buy back (~$10mill) well before the consolidation with a 1 year time frame.
Could have been cleaning up at these prices, but instead I smell a CR coming post consolidation. Who will that benefit ??????
