I have been a holder on and off over the years of PEN and the various options. After the Fukashima disaster in Japan, the SP of PEN was wrecked in my opinion and never recovered.
Now a massive consolidation is taking place. I have observed so many companies that do this and usually it spells the death of the share price. If i had the time i could list dozens of companies where post consolidation, the SP drops down to eventually where the pre- consolidation level was.
i just hope that I am proved wrong, but i'm afraid that it could be difficult to maintain a 'post consolidation' SP of over $1.00
