But I wouldn't mind betting that INCRA or the Court has set a requirement for Avanco to show feasibility and long term viability of the project before reinstating the suspended Licenses.
Just my suspicions of course. But it was put on Jaguar to do more drilling back when the Public Prosecutor first lodged action with the court. Part of the lodgement to court also revolved around MCT (Jaguar) being a foreign company.
BTW Centro will be bigger and more profitable than PB provided it mostly goes favourably.
