I think oat milk should be in the fridge. Being in the fridge implies its 'fresher' even if its the same. DCF oat milk tastes better as a drink, but the standard version has too strong a flavour for coffee. Hopefully the Barista version is more neutral.

I still think price @ $4-$4.5 is important so I hope with local manufacturing and an expanded range to include protein, flavoured and barista versions will get people to give them a go.

But the problem is people don't see it in the fridge, people go straight to the long life section where the rest of the milk alternatives are. Even oatly now in coles is in that aisle.
