$15M loan * 20 options per $1.00 = 300M options
300M options * $0.013 (last share price of BSR before going into halt) = $3.9M
exercise price = 300M *$0 .015 = $4.5M
$4.5M-3.9M =$ 0.6M
Therefore currently the options are in the red (as the share price last was o.o13) and only offer an advantage if over time the share price goes above the option exercise price of 0.015

sorry. Was a rough calculation. Yes, 300 mill is 4.5 mill to convert. As I said, if shares hit 10cents then 30 mill - 4.5 mill = $25.5 million profit.

Still a great return in 5 years.
