The SP has been in constant freefall since the CR a few months ago. During this time the company has been entirely passive and mute as it waited for 3rd parties to make decisions. I feel like AZS should have seen the RIO decision coming or at least have developed contingency plans in the event of their decision to withdraw (the timing of the decision was always known, if not the outcome). They clearly didn’t do this. As a result we’re nearing two months post RIO Ann and there’s nothing to report (… exploring options, conducting due diligence of various proposals, etc. etc.). Meanwhile the market has obviously lost patience and the SP continues to erode below historical lows.
