I and others have done this analysis so often, but for what its worth, for myself I will look at it again.

1. Cascada/Promontorio still has potential in many different ways. Despite RIO's rejection there is still good potential there. Major companies have a record of rejecting territory where others later find profit. I think it is likely that Azure will sell the ground. The shallow epithermal veins are quite rich and they alone would be a relatively cheap modest sized mine in gold, silver and copper. Finding the right buyer will take time.
2. Alacran is a story still being negotiated, but hopefully in the plans there will be room to mine the silver and gold at Mesa de Plata and Loma Bonita and other sites. But Teck are still chasing copper and exploration will be occurring during this year, and the potential is good.
3. The third arm is the new project, which they believe will be a first class advanced project, and they have the cash to buy something worthwhile.

What's likely to occur first?
Cascada/Promontorio will take time. Alacran depends on the speed and outcome of Azure's negotiations with Teck. The chink of light is likely to come from the new project. So, for me it is giving Azure a bit more time to show my loyalty is well founded and not blind foolhardiness.

The company seems committed to this TSE listing. Does anyone think there's a chance they would ann a share consolidation prior to doing so (in the absence of substantive strategic developments and SP rerate)?
