Aw c'mon dude, macros have been enormously favourable to AZS over recent times. The collapsing SP of the past 6 months was inversely correlated to a rising POG/POS. If it hadn't been for positive market sentiment re PMs the CR would never have gone ahead and we'd be sitting here now contemplating a low ball CR.
