The lesson in with Tony Polglaise with Avanco was that the options set a cap to any T/O. All OZL had to do was buy out the options and they had the entire BOD under there control batting for the take over rather than share holders interests. AIMHO but OZL picked up Centro gold amongst other Cu assets which will provide a nice pipe line of projects long term. Paid next to nothing for them IMHO.
