Its a fundamental long term play for OM1.

Initial cap raising will be good but only when we get some rock chips. CR will attract interest to OM1 and will also provide needed liquidity as Instos, sophs, Bod take their positions for the long term. There wont be any issues with raising funds as OM1s canadian projects are potentially world class. I expect the stock price will increase with a successful initial cap raising to kick things off. Thinking the raising will happen within Q2.

Just shows how well managed and tight the capital structure is for growth. Hopefully an SPP for holders will be available too.

They only went through $300k in Q1 and still have $2.4m in march from the presentation today.
