more plausibly they may do an equity placement to one or more of the project funders now the share price has recovered back u to where they tried to raise money before. Ideally though they simply get funding from offtake parties and avoid further dilution
Today the turnover is again drying up so investors shedding placement shares to just run options appears to have peaked.
