The way the announcement is written , ie PLL wants to strengthen thier balance sheet and avoid a dilution to shareholders ,(ie cash raising) suggests PLL is running close to the wind and will need funds to pay SYA for offtake as it comes in, IMO PLL is not in a great place. sold the shares to avoid goinjg to the market for funds.
