That's exactly right Jakers...OPEX and the working capital required to run a much larger operation often bankrupts an inefficient business well before it returns profit back to it's Shareholders... Unless one dilutes it's share of the company by getting partners invested, which then dilutes the Profit returns per owner.
So having a bigger operation (or asset) doesn't necessarily mean best return on equity, unless that asset is sold on and the majority holder takes the cream and the original 60% holder takes a Royalty and it's cash for the sale...
Anyone knows the value is in owning the asset, not selling out for royalties!? (Higher returns on investment).
