While this is very disappointing and assuming Bauna doesn't have structural issues KAR is oversold. Near term clarity needs to sought with respect to the core issue here. The presentation didn't explicitly state increased decline rates. In the event that there isn't structural issues the core value or GOM assets and Brazilian cash-flow is being discounted by the market over the medium term.
