    No limit on volume. Under Listing Rule 7.33 the company is permitted to buy back shares at a price that does not exceed the 5 day VWAP by 5%. For instance if the 5 day VWAP is $1.00 they can buy up to $1.05 the next day. That is the only real restriction.
