"DD1 had an instantaneous 3.5 mmscf/d flow rate" without the deep high pressure sands.
So, it is likely that the table of flow rates for each category (Bull Case. Base Case and Bear Case) relate to instantaneous rates from the unconventional reservoirs. I therefore feel confident that EXR will be able to achieve pretty impressive rates overall.
For this particular well, I am sure that if they create large and "wide" fracs in the deep high pressure layers, then stable rather than exponentially declining flow rates in excess of 5 mmscf/d will be achievable.
From a personal point of view, I really hope the SP gets to 40c or more as I've lost money on EXR in the past. All the best.
