I tried to estimate the value of Nomgon which is not easy, but I am sure there was reference to mid case 14.5 Tscf recoverable resources. Then assume the actual reserves are 30% of 14.5 Tscf once the current flow tests are classified as commercial.
If we assume a really low gas sales price $A 5/mscf (as I've no idea what it might be in Mongolia), apply a massive 50% risk factor (very pessimistic case), and then an additional 50% chop to represent the sale of the Nomgon gas asset.....my estimate is a $A 1 share price. Is it possible?
