    i dont mind if they dont do a share buy back, however i would prefer them to stop buying rigs. We have a 70% utilisation rate, yet we purchase extra rigs every quarter. Shouldnt we be adding / replacing rigs only when we have the work to use them ? Maybe i am missing something
