They don’t know the extent of the problems…
”investigations to determine a rectification plan and assess the options”

… nor how they are going to fix it…

they can’t even say the impact of this on costs or progress..

”the impact on project costs and schedule cannot be exactly determined.”

“The impact on the project schedule may be significant; while it can not yet be fully determined”

The market hates uncertainty. They have it in spades.
This whole plant relies on this reactor, it’s the most critical piece. This deserves to be sold down past $1.00…

Short of a fundamental failure of the process, this is the next worst event.
