One of my mums favourite sayings is “ You can catch more monkeys with sugar than you can with salt”!

I would of thought that Management, as confident as they are, may have just said nothing until July rather than “ potentially “ antagonising the few who will hold into the next financial year ( thanks once again to Kal and the others who helped to get us past June).

I cannot speak for others and I apologise to all concerned if I did interpret the announcement incorrectly.

A poison pill rights issue or capital raising for the sole or underlying purpose of prejudicing the holding of minority shareholders would be a very big mistake for any proponent of such an action.

Would love to see it play out though - litigation is very interesting to me.
