JWT, our friends at RSM were the Company thru the IER, who accepted the Famous Capital Raisings 3 & 4, during the Isity disaster. Arranged by the Executive Chairman of Isity, our Mate CH. RSM happily accepted unreal Valuations of Shares in Isity, to boost the Company's assumed Value, and then adjusted their earlier Valuation in the IER from NIL to be very close to what KKL had agreed to pay .Funny that. They are as guilty as everyone else. Later on with their Auditor Hat on they "questioned" the Valuation. Sorry, how does that WORK. Also be aware that RSM and the ASX were on the Due Diligence Committee, who agreed that the IER information was accurate, and then allowed the Acquisition to proceed as planned. Adding to the Guilty list.
