Regardless if we need the funds now or not, the market clearly wants to see it, there can be no arguing with that given SP and trading volume. The market also has concerns with QM liquidity and fundamentals that have not been resolved.

I personally don’t think we’ll see funds this month or next, but would love to be wrong on this one.

There's so many red flags on it now I'm surprised the SP is as high as it is . Unless there are some major material announcements ( like they are actually going to start site works) IMO it won't be long until some of the bigger holders have had enough and start to offload .

Terrible state of affairs.
