Have you heard of the term "precedence"
next time you speak to your lawyer get him to check out ASICs case against MNS and their directors, then get him to check out WKT's disclosures at the time of CRDB banks approval.
I am sure you will see statements made by the company/director claiming the company was fully funded until production.
I am honestly surprised you haven't checked on this earlier, I have made numerous suggestions of the class action.
