You might want to call those investors who were with you when you claimed management advised they were saving a few dollars on interest as the reason the loan hadn't been drawn on.

I cannot see the distinction between raising capital funds through a raise and taking a loan. Let's not forget Silk Rd funding, where different management was at the helm. I'm surprised you are not making the same references to that era. Did circumstances shift then, so it was okay then, but now it's not? I'm swaying heavily to the fact that circumstances have shifted.

Thanks for explaining that you are referring to the standby letter of credit. Can you provide the first confirmation when management become aware it would not be accepted?
