Heavy accumulation continues, which has been going on for several months. The top holders know what
they are doing, they have weeded out the weak links to increase their holding and in turn created a tightly held stock.
News-flow has presumably backlogged which will help propel the SP once they decide to open the floodgates. Not on our time but on theirs.
