Have you seen the list of AMAL major shareholders, TAW shareholders will unfortunately add up to only a minority group now in the merger (with more shares being issued by both companies resulting in further dilution) and they will have complete control of both board and the books. With all those fingers in the one small pie - options going everywhere I’m afraid. Happens time and time again. I think Burwill is cautious also going on last months events. Be careful is all I’m saying and if you are going to compare apples, make sure it is with other apples.
