DIRECTOR: NTH: Northland Port Corporation Director Announces Retirement
Northland Port Corporation (NZ) Ltd (NPC) director Colin Mitten will retire
from the company Board of Directors at the AGM later this year.
Chairman Sir John Goulter said Mr Mitten's service to the company included
being Chairman as well as being a director of two of the company's
subsidiaries.
Mr Mitten has acquired proprietary interests in a new business investment
which has caused him to re-evaluate time spent on external activities.
The Chairman thanked Mr Mitten for his contribution to the company over the
five years he has served on the Board.
It is anticipated that Mr Mitten will stay on as a director until NPC's
annual meeting in October.
