May be that original plan fell apart, because of the time it took to get the Native- title owners to sign the permission statement.
At least Phil is still backing the company....I've seen him give his support a number of times in the past.
As far as the 7% interest rate , commercial rates are normally higher .
Was expecting the Gold price to go a lot higher, with all the financial problems in the world over the last couple of years, but still seems a bit sleepy.
If we'd had a bigger push in gold prices, I'd imagine there would have been a lot more interest in exploration companies and the so called penny dreadfulls get caught up in any big rise.
