Just a random thought. Not sure if it has been said.

If only existing holders can purchase shares at 7c with the options thrown in, this does cover the company from the risks of an epa drop during the CR.

Imagine an EPA "news drop" during this time, with long term holders not getting a look in to purchase the shares for the CR. Definitely not saying it will happen, just imagining the HC craziness complaining about missing out on shares that they had an opportunity to purchase.

Looking at market sentiment, people are pulling out their investment on an assumption that the epa are still a way off. Definitely becoming A PUNT during this time.

My investment researching has been through watching and studying the EPA process. VRX are one of the unusual ones breaking new ground. I personally think it is the hot potato on their desk. Scary to open, and even scarier to make a decision on. Good luck everyone with the punting.
