Given the losses suffered by innocent people in this project (and many others as well) that is very sad state of affairs isn't it. The disclosure "system" should afford basic protections and safeguards. For example, isn't the JORC prepared by/signed off by a "competent" person? If so things should start there. If we are not part of the solution (holding people to account) then we are part of the problem?
