The thing I like about PLS is everything. From thier webpage, to the lady answering the phone, people returning phone calls or emails in a timely manner, thier presentations, manner of their management and their results! Reminds me a little of a duck upon a pond, All seems serene and efficient above the water but probably going like buggery below the water.
