What I believe has changed here is that Kris has gone from previously inferring the strategy was to firm up the resource/s and sell off to the highest bidder to now developing the resource/s. Queue the sell off as punter don't want to hang around for the next 3 to 4 years waiting for the project development scenario. Lesson here I think is that every company he gets involved with isn't necessarily another Citidel Resources.
