I don’t think “pilot” plant is the right description.
My understanding of the setup that SYAQ inherited was that some aspects of the plant are pilot scale but the majority of it is what a commercial plant would have.
Only a full scale assessment could determine how much of what is there is usable and how much it would cost to make it complete.
By “complete,” I mean capable of producing commercial scale qualified battery grade chemicals that the battery makers would buy.
