However isn't that the same as for all spec stocks?

We buy in while the price is cheap BEFORE the project becomes less risked and is not yet over the line. Should we be correct and the project comes to fruition we get to sell our shares at a premium to others who are more risk averse.

At this time I believe it a good thing that Centro is not really yet factored in to the SP. It means buying time. If/when AVB's projects get over the line, well as a wise investor once said to me 'when everyone gets in, its time to get out.'

All IMO and DYOR etc...
