The accurate answer to your question is nobody can possibly know the answer ! My guess is the offtake ann will be well received, it is terrific news but I suspect everyone thinks it will happen anyway.... we may see a small rise in the SP, but it is anyone's guess.
The catalyst for Bardoc SP growth will be a) decision to mine and b) when we are in production. These will be the big SP movers... all IMO of course.
