These silca sand projects are really up to the whims of the government being on the coast the environmental approvals are so difficult to obtain, look at VRX also and how long have they been waiting.
Like others have said DRX probably have no logistics soloution so looking at taking over MLM, is it really a TO feels like a merger to me. What happens to Theo if this goes ahead ? he seems like an astute person if he was to become the new CEO of DRX I might be more interested.

This statement from MLM EPBC submission has always worried me but hopefully there are ways to mitigate these issues.
