With $42m pro-forma cash (most of which will be spent before breakeven) and a market cap of $60m you are not paying much for the ARR of ~$40m, so I am in.

I don't like the $0.14c placement to friends of Unified (ex Shaw) - if the story was so good and the demand for a higher cash balance from customers was the reason for the placement it didn't need to be so discounted, but as a small investor I have to buy where I can, and $0.18c looks a good bet.
