DT has about 190M shares from memory. his full entitlement would be close to 32M shares. 32M shares @ 1.1 cents is around $350,000. given DT sold a bunch of shares just recently to settle the purchase of a property, I doubt he has that sort of cash spare to take up his entitlement. personally i would of liked to have seen DT buy into the entitlement offer, however it is quite possible he just doesn't have the liquid funds right now to do it.
