Have just been through the report and videos. The published results are very encouraging - alternative pathways for treating a chronic irreversible condition such as OA are few and far between.
Safety profile established and efficacy is highly promising (to show statistical power will need a bigger sample size - appears the trial is proceeding to Phase 3.
PS - loved the NFL player testimonials; one cannot underestimate just how much damage these guys sustain during play and weight is one of the key drivers for pain (one of the participants weighed 300 pounds and is now pain free).
I'm curious how long the effects of PPS last once the course is completed - can anyone shed light on this?
