To be fair to Spinks, and to clarify my last comment, i do not respect most of the private school kids whom are now managers of our biggest institutions either.
Do i think Spinks is in the top 1/3 of quality managers? No, but neither do i believe he is in the bottom 1/3 either. And be it through sheer determination, luck, skilled team, or all three, it certainly does appear the end of this troubled road is near and the roads will be paved with graphite in the near future. It is also indisputable that the multi-location/business model will undoubtedly strengthen EGR going forward.
