Reasons for changing my sentiment from HOLD to BUY:

1) Shares look way too cheap at 0.004

I note that the convertible notes of $700,000 convert to shares at a 15% discount to the next capital raise price - which was 0.0045. So, 85% of 0.0045 is a tad under 0.004.
Hence anybody buying today at 0.004 is getting in at the same price as the noteholders. I think the company is in much better shape today that when the convertible notes were.

2) Lots of developments in the near future re production, marketing and sales.

3) My biggest beef with this company is the incredibly awful corporate management. Hopefully with a new company secretary and the ASX "assisting" CCO in putting resolutions at the upcoming EGM the air will finally be cleared.

4) I think one of the sticking points with the ASX, from what I can surmise, is that shareholders gave the board an imprimatur to raise $2 million. How much did they raise? As we all know, $700,000 plus $1,000,000 + $500,000 = $2,200,000. Which of course is more than $2 million. So, what happens now?
