I agree with PortfolioPlus. Raging Bull (RB) becoming a thorn in the side. Evidenced by the move away from CleanTeq to GRES in some processing aspects. I base this on the comment by an earlier poster that Patrick Walta (RB) has some connections with CleanTeq. Norton is the bigger problem. They have the title deed. TJ comments in the latest release that negotiations spanning 2 years have come to nought with Norton. A telling statement. It's a Chinese owned company, so expect very difficult negotiations yes. It’s also the 800LB gorilla. In their eyes Carbine is merely a flea. So, RB and Norton represents one battle front
The second battle front has been the QLD government. Long timelines coupled with an acute conceptual inability to treat the Mt Morgan clean-up, mining operations and tourist heritage experience as a being important enough. They could have thought about it more deeply and realized this could be a 'Poster Pinup' model of new, best practice. Duh!
I see the combatants ready to rumble. Certainly Norton and probably RB as the enemy. The Carbine flea enlists the QLD gov now as an ally (get the deed off Norton, get the approval done, give us whatever else we reasonably ask for). Also the local One Nation member and the Rockhampton Regional Council arming up on the side of Carbine. Thoughts anybody?
In reflection over the past few days I think TJ's snakes and ladders representation in an earlier ASX release was not as simple as many posters stated. It was actually a deeper metaphor. I reckon the snakes represent Norton and possibly RB, the ladders represent the QLD Gov and the multiple rung hurdles needed to progress. Of course I could be wildly off the mark.
I've been buying shares at the .035 mark, averaging down. Don't know how long the battle will be fought and it's this battle that will determine significant share price movement up or further down.
