Dunno what I reckon re AVB to be honest. Should not be this low IMO and the next 4c should help ameliorate that situation. Has been a very dull 6 months in the spec end of the market and my preference for goldies has not exactly laid riches at my doorstep!! Mind you I reckon one starting with the letter B is now worth a punt at current prices.
