I do not believe carrot dangling was the purpose of the investment of time and money in this project by Samson and it's partners. It has been a long road and the proof of the pudding is flowing oil, however convincing a third party to invest further and publicly announcing that an "oil leg looks probable" are not hurting my long held gut feeling that Terry will laugh last and loudest regarding SOA and Bluff.
Nothing to be done but wait.... (again, yah.....)
