wow....so I was not far off that the marginal improvement in cashflow was cost cutting and there is not necessarily any uptick in revenues
EGP loan was available to the end of the year, and they could have bet on improved revenues to raise the share price and make that conversion less dilutive, but it appears mgmt don't have confidence that they can improve the business before year end to move the share price
$5m MC and attempting to raise another $1m........I don't see this working out too well for them
