A quick glance did not show that the E/O is underwritten and they are not inviting oversubscriptions. I am wondering what makes them so confident that they will get their $18m. Must be that they are happy with the US$450m notes + facility and the insto take up of $114m so don't mind much what the retail e/o brings in.
