Tech, I do not think that is right.
EUR has received 67,788,383 ordinary shares in Critical Metals which is 83.03% of the total shares. This means that there are approximately 13,854,858 shares that are not owned by EUR.
Unless you are saying they sold 13,854,858 shares for 10 million USD?
Maybe you can help me out here, I just spent 20 minutes searching for the Empery deal (I did read it a while ago) but could not find it. But if you can find how many shares are currently allocated to Empery then we will know how many are left.
It is still so hazy, even knowing the number of shares not owned by Empery will not tell us what was in the szzl kitty upon listing.
I wish there was more clarity, I think this is one thing that concerns investors here often, including me, the lack of transparency.
