Francis also said they were going to do the majority of equity financing at a project level and wanted to keep the share register under 200m. That massive dilution talk is only if Francis cannot do as he plans. Let’s be real, the man has plenty of motivation to not dilute himself out of a meaningful stake in the company he has built.

Even at $14k/T they would be making handsome profit. Yes the payback period would be longer but we all know that price cannot be sustained without companies going bankrupt and severely severing the supply chain at the knees. This seems obvious by the fact that these majors with deep pockets are still forging ahead with their investment in the lithium space.

It has always amused and intrigued me when these “boom bust” cycles come around. The little guys with weak support always get flushed out into stronger hands. I watched numerous companies sell out of their gold deposits at fire sale prices in 2013 and 2014 as the price crashed. Fast forward to 2015 and companies started to surge upward and by 2016 they exploded. I suspect coal may be another one of these commodity sectors to recover quite handsomely along with lithium within the next year or so.
