Given Synlaits precarious position I would have thought you would have had your Chief Commercial Officer working on two key areas of commerce
- the relationship with your number one customer A2
- The relationship with your supply famers,
Without shoring these two things up, any work don on capital raises and banking syndicates will be worth nothing - because there will be no commercial business for Synlait to undertake.
